Month Two — Your First Agents
Build an executive assistant that runs on a schedule, build your first agent on a real organisational workflow, extend it to the web, and test it against a quality standard. By the end of this month, you have a working agent running on real input.
Month Three — A Workflow Your Team Uses
Document a complete team workflow, build linked agents for each step, wire them together, put the system on a schedule, and see it run in the cloud. By the end of this month, your team has a workflow running on autopilot.

How It Works
Step 1 — Discovery call
We spend 45 minutes understanding your team's work, where the manual effort is concentrated, and whether the program is the right fit for where you are now.
Step 2 — Program begins
Sessions run weekly, ninety minutes each. AI Shift facilitators and coaching agents guide every session. Participants need no prior technical background.
Step 3 — Your team builds
Each month produces a concrete outcome: a configured environment in Month One, a running agent in Month Two, an automated team workflow in Month Three.
